Bespoke design

An atelier process for uniforms that belong to one property and no other.

Brand identity

We start with your brand book, your architecture and the story the property tells. The uniform has to belong to the same world.

Custom silhouettes

Each role gets its own silhouette: a concierge's double-breasted jacket, a receptionist's blazer, a sommelier's apron.

Fabric selection

We present swatches and test them for colour, wear and laundering before anything is cut.

Colour development

Colour is matched to your interiors and brand palette, then checked in the light of the spaces where it will be worn.

Functional requirements

Pockets for keys and devices, freedom of movement, comfort in heat and through long shifts. Function is designed in from the start.

Fitting & refinement

Staff try samples. Our tailors measure at the property and refine the fit until it is right.

Production

Garments are made to the approved samples, checked, labelled by employee and delivered. Patterns and sizes are kept for reorders.
